Here are two different shots of the Time Ruby Ring in Sterling Silver. I couldn’t decide which i liked best. The first oneĀ  shows only the top detail as sharp and is a good example of the focal point when it’s on the finger but the second shows more detail as an isometric of the whole ring with a good reflection!.

These are the Earrings of the Time range. We plan to play with variants of these along with simpler versions but these are the originals with a delicate design we are really happy with!

This is another movable piece with the central hub placed off center to the concentric circles of each arm. This changes the dynamic of the design enabling the wearer to change the configuration into a much more messy state. I love the way this works! the only problem is you have to play with it to really understand all the enjoyment! It’s very difficult to get the design across when its on show in your average gallery plinth, without fetching it out, and moving it!!! This one is also set with a green tourmaline. I have written these up as prototypes as there is already so much i want to change for the next one…

Here is a few shots of one of our movable designs. The ring is made in silver with a green tourmaline rub over set in the center. The main fun with this piece is that you can fiddle with it and position the arms to your own combination. I put quite some effort into making sure there was a smooth feel to the movement and that the arms would feel solid and stay in position when left. I also think it’s really important this design will last and stand up to a lot of twiddling!!, so the central hub is a little more complicated than just a rivet! Now i have that all figured out I’m looking forward to exploring the possibilities with these overlapping movable arms!!!
